Silversmith. Grandson of Smolensk silversmith Nikolai Fyodorov, son of Moscow silversmith Timofei Nikolaev Belyakovsky. Born in Meschanskaya Sloboda in Moscow (c. 1700). Worked at the Moscow Armoury (1724–38). Sent with seven silversmiths and embossers to St Petersburg, where he worked on imperial commissions awarded to foreign masters (1739). Returned to the Moscow Armoury (1740s). Died in an unknown location (after 1740s). Contributed to exhibitions, including Treasures of the Czars in the Moscow Kremlin Museums at Oca in the Parque do Ibirapuera in Sâo Paolo (2005).
