Alexander Denisov
Painter. Studied under Alexei Venetsianov (1827–30). Awarded a major silver medal (1830) and the title of non-class artist and a fellowship to Berlin (1833). Studied under Franz Krüger at the Königliche Akademie der Künste in Berlin (1833–34). Contributed to the exhibitions of the Imperial Academy of Arts.
