Architect, graphic artist, painter. Born in the family of Alexander Medvedev in Ufa in Bashkiria (1939). Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Siberian Institute of Construction in Novosibirsk (1962). Worked as an architect in Frunze (1965). Member of the Union of Architects (1965). Moved to Leningrad (1967). Member of the Fellowship of Experimental Fine Art and the Free Culture Foundation. Contributed to exhibitions (from 1975).
