Painter, graphic artist. Born in the family of Vladimir Shagin in Leningrad (1957). Studied at the Boris Johanson Secondary School of Art in Leningrad (1965–75). Member of the Fellowship of Experimental Fine Art (1983). Founding member of the Mitki group (1984). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1976).
