Cuban artist. Born in Matanzas (1970). Graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Arte (ENA) (1989) and the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA) in Havana (1994). Fellow of the Gasworks Studios, London (1995), Barbican Centre, London (1999) and the Fine Arts Faculty, University of Cincinnati, Ohio (2001). Lives and works in Havana. Contributed to V Havana Biennale (1994), Una de cada clase at the Fundación Ludwig de Cuba in Havana (1995), Cuba.
