Painter, restorer. Born in the family of art collector and historian Vasily Pertsev in Yaroslavl (1902). Studied social sciences at Yaroslavl University. Worked at the Yaroslavl Museum (from 1924) and the Yaroslavl branch of the Central Restoration Studios (from 1926). Member of the Yaroslavl branch of the Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia (1925–31). Worked as a curator and restorer at the Russian Museum (from 1931 with intervals) and as a restorer for Lenizo (from 1937). Died in Leningrad (1981).
