Tsarevna Sophia Mikhailovna II was the ninth child and seventh daughter of Michael Romanov and Eudoxia Streshneva. She was born in Moscow on 5 September 1634. Died in Moscow on 23 June 1636 and buried in the Convent of the Ascension in the Moscow Kremlin. Reburied in the Archangel Cathedral in 1929.
