Svyatoslav Chernobai (born 1949), Russian abstract painter, graphic artist, poet. Studied at the Leningrad Electro-Technical Institute. Member of the Fellowship of Experimental Fine Art, Concession, New Symbolists and Free Culture. Lives and works in St Petersburg.

Painter, graphic artist, poet. Born in the family of Alexander Chernobai in Leningrad (1949). Studied at the Leningrad Electro-Technical Institute (1976–80). Member of the Fellowship of Experimental Fine Art (1980s), Concession (1988), New Symbolists (1994) and Free Culture (2003). Lives and works in St Petersburg. Contributed to exhibitions (from 1980). Contributed to the exhibitions of Concession at the Moscow District Exhibition Hall in St Petersburg (2000–03), Abstraction in Russia: XX Century at the Russian Museum in St Petersburg (2001–02), Collage in Russia: XX Century at the Russian Museum in St Petersburg (2005–06), Nonconformists on Red Square: Painting and Graphic Art of 1950s–2000s from Private Collections at the History Museum in Moscow (2007) and a one-man show at the Moscow District Exhibition Hall in St Petersburg (2001).
