Gavriil (Gavrila) Ovdokimov (17th century), Russian jeweller, goldsmith, silversmith. Worked at the Silver Chamber in the Moscow Kremlin.

Jeweller, goldsmith, silversmith. Born in the family of O. Ovdokimov (early 17th century). Worked at the Silver Chamber in the Moscow Kremlin (1628–70). Created silver lids for the shrines of Tsarevich Dmitry (1628–30), St Cyril of Belozersk (1643) and St Alexander of Svir (1644), a gold cover for the Gospels endowed by Tsar Michael Romanov to the St Sergius Monastery of the Trinity (1631–32) and a silver parrot on a stand for Tsarevna Irina Mikhailovna (1630s). Died in Moscow (after 1670). Contributed to exhibitions, including Russian Monasteries: Art and Traditions at the Russian Museum in St Petersburg (1997) and Golden Treasure Trove of the Russian Museum at the Russian Museum in St Petersburg (1998).
