Painter, graphic artist. Born in the family of Timofei Vinokurov (1856). Studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts (from 1883). Awarded various categories for study compositions (1883–85) and minor encouragement medals (1886). Drew biblical studies (mid-1860s).
