Painter, graphic artist. Born in the family of Grigory Snegur in Moscow (1935). Studied at Moscow Institute of Polygraphy (1960–64). Member of Ely Belyutin’s New Reality studio (1958–62). Contributed to the nonconformist movement. Took up abstract art (mid-1970s). Lives and works in Moscow. Contributed to exhibitions in Russia (from 1953) and abroad (from 1988).
