Kornilov Brothers Factory
Founded by the merchant Mikhail Savinovich Kornilov and his brothers in St Petersburg (1835). The factory worked on many commissions for the imperial court and its products enjoyed great demand on both the national and international markets. Contributed to Pan-Russian and World Exhibitions in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Nationalised (1917). Currently a private limited company known as the Kornilov Porcelain Factory.
