Xenia Ender
Painter, graphic artist, designer. Sister of Boris and Maria Ender. Born in White Russia to an agronomist of German descent (1895). Studied under Mikhail Matiushin at the studio of spatial realism in the State Free Art Studios/VKhUTEMAS in Petrograd (1918–22). Member of Zorved (1923). Research assistant at the department of organic culture of the Institute of Artistic Culture (1923–26) and the Decorative Institute (1925–26). Designer at a factory construction office (from 1930s). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1923).
