Graphic artist, draughtsman, painter, lithographer, illustrator. Born in the family of Yevgeny Charushin in Leningrad (1934). Graduated from the Leningrad Secondary School of Art (1953) and the Faculty of Painting of the Ilya Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (1960). Collaborated with various publishing houses and magazines (from 1959). Member of the Union of Artists (1965). Awarded gold and silver medals for children’s book illustrations. Honoured Artist of the RSFSR. Died in St Petersburg (2000). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1962).
