Graphic artist, illustrator, decorator, poster designer. Born in the family of Dmitry Belukha in Simferopole (1898). Studied in Johann Wilhelm Mathé’s studio (1911), at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1912–13) and in Vasily Shukhayev’s studio (1918). Illustrated various journals (1911–14). Painted porcelain at the State/Lomonosov Porcelain Factory in Leningrad (1920s). Collaborated with various publishing houses (1920s–30s) and designed posters during the Siege of Leningrad in the Second World War (1941–43). Died in Leningrad and buried at the Volkovo Cemetery (1943).
